I just want to know where exactly you guys find a listing for TSBs? I would assume my dealership would call me if there was a TSB, ? Or am I thinking recall? I guess I'm giving them too much credit. So anyway, like I said... is there a list somewhere?

This is something they only fix if you go to the dealer and complain and show them the TSB. I know I havent recieved anything yet. The 1st gen focus's had a simular problem.

Menace- There is a TSB list on the MF home page at the top. You can also do a search on the web or at Fords site. As far as the dealership calling you about a TSB, hold on a sec while I pick myself up from laughing! The dealership wont call you for jack unless you are very cool with your service guy! Keep your eyes ond ears open on MF. This is one of the best places to gain info.

As for a recall, Ford would contact you via mail as the registered owner and instruct you what to do and when to do it. My Chevy truck had a recall and basically the letter instructed me to go to the dealer to have such and such replaced asap.

Yeah, I figured as much. Anyway, I don't think MF is up to par on updating the TSB page.. I always check it and it has next to no TSBs, but I always see people coming on here asking about this TSB or that TSB... So..

My bad, I guess I should have been more clear. I ment the people here on MF are a good tool for info. Not so much the forum itself.

I just took mine in for the bucking problem that the TSB is suppose to fix. I simply just took it to them and described the problem and told them about the bulletin. They called me back later on and told me that they ordered the parts and will replace the fuel pumps. Good luck.
