Thanks for all the wonderful advice guys....I wonder if that's legally binding on the $3,000 donation. I'm going to have to call my lawyer....jk

Haha,
I've got plenty of "credit helping" loans. It's tough enough to convince the wife I "need" these parts, much less take out a loan for them.
Good recommendation, but keep trying.

Sometimes thats the hardest part, convincing the wife!! Just be extra nice, give her what she wants
and let her know how much better the car makes you feel. Works for me

I'm glad you metioned that. I will admit that I am pretty good at convincing the wife....I am a salesperson afterall. I'm having a hard time convincing myself however. My wife is still in school so we're trying to do all this on one income.
