06 Free cheap mods?
Hey guys my dad just got a 06 gt auto and I was wondering if they could have anything done to them for free that would give some hp? Like on the foxes you could remove the air silencer so I was wondering if anything could be done to the o6 thanks in advance!

There used to be this white filter thing in the airtubes of the 05's just after the MAF but I think they stopped doing that in the 06's. Couldnt hurt to check though.. its supposed to be worth like 4 hp or something.

On the bright side, you are starting with a car that blows the doors off most 80's stangs even after lots of mods... Especially if you turn the steering wheel while moving...
On the oil - Ford is already using a synthetic blend and oil isn't free...
Ask Santa for a cold-air kit and a tune (heck shoot the moon and ask for the supercharger!)
Short of that, lose the passenger, the spare tire, the shaker sub if you have it, the seats you aren't using....

Where is the shaker sub? I thought the extra speakers in the doors were it.

Well that explains it, I have the 500. I'm asking for a new head unit for christmas because this things a POS.

l would kick the passenger out, maybe spare tire too (maybe not) l would prefer to drive around stock.dude, there is nothign free anymore.. you gotta pay to make her faster.
