Default Street Racing

While you are out there doing some street racing....maybe this will help remind you how some of them turn out.

Just be careful while you are out there....you never know what is at the next cross road, on ramp or around the next curve.

Disturbing, graphic, but unfortunately necessary for a lot of kids these days...

I read a story a while back about some teens street racing and a car up ahead pulled out and got hit. The kids survived, but the two older women in the car ahead did not. Come to find out the two women were the kid's own mother and her friend. I don't know about you, but I couldn't live with the fact that I was responsible for my own mother's death. That story really got to me.

i agree. . . thats what the drag strips are for . . . ambulance on site in case anything goes wrong. . .

but every now and then, one of them camaro's think they fast and you just gotta show'em . . .(see my post of "my stang vs SS")

i never broke 100 mph, and we went to a street where the traffic is extremely light . . . still prolly shouldn't do it though . . .

That is why I posted those videos. I see alot of stories on here about people racing other cars or wanting to know if our cars can take on another car. Like the story that wally39 posted and I have seen on TV where alot of innocent people are getting hurt or killed because someone thought they needed to race someone else on the street rather then going to a race track. I live out in the country and I have had mine up to 100 mph before. Sure we don't have the traffic like in the city but you never know when a deer will pop out of the corn field then your toast.

I just wanted people out there to be careful and think before you take on someone else in a race.
