TPS Conversion 17s to 18s..07 GT
I have an 07 GT Convertible....I have 17's and am looking to go after market 18's....Anyone done a TPS conversion and know what to expect. Do I need to get the longer straps from FORD or can you get them from somewhere else....or will the 17s work with 18s.

Consider a 19' option. These look better than the 18's. The 18's still look 'small' on the 05-06's.

Just a little warning, straps to fit 20's won't be available from Ford until November. That is the situation that I am in. Hopefully an aftermarket company will step up and make some.

6F2Z-1A189-A (Sensor) and 6F2Z-1A193-E ( Strap) are the two parts req for 18" whls.... per FOMOCO.
I went to an online FOMOCO parts site...this is what they came back with....total $$$ in excess of $80.00 per wheel, combined cost.
