I'm seeing about 14.7 MPG with mostly City driving.

You guys getting 18-20 city how do you shift? I'm going 2nd-4th moderate throttle usually no more than 3300 RPMs.
I drive it like I stole it. Redline it half the time, rarely shift under 4000 rpm...

well when in granny mode, shifting is around 2000-2200 rpms on level surface.

My car stays at about 19.5 according to the dash. I actually drive good, but to be honest, it at least gets its daily flooring.

Wow.. I wish. Maybe there's a break in period for fuel economey as well. Do you have a Tune on the car, if so how did it help your economey?

18-20. 2/3 city 1/3 highway. I drive mostly mellow, but I do have fun with now and then.

Well, I might be exaggerating just a bit. Honestly though, I love driving, and I'm not one for granny shifting. Especially with the drivers around here, you gotta get outta the way, so I usually get on it pretty hard. But no, no tune, just the CAI, and it has helped my gas mileage a bit.

I am a 4.0 and am thinking about upgrading to a GT, especially with the ford incentive right now. What Mileage are you gettin on you broken in 05 or 06 gt
Dont get your hopes up on that 0% for 72 months deal. The GT's are exempt from that. I got an ad for that in my e-mail today & was thinking bout a trade in on a 06 GT but small print said other wise.

Doesn't anyone watch TV? The 06 mustang GT's are included in the 72 month 0% apr. It's the Ford GT that is not.
