Default 2007 GT Installed JLT Intake and Bama tune....

I had some misgivings tearing into a brand new car with 300 miles on it but, been there before....I have an auto, and i can tell you the improvement is excellent...Driving in traffic, not much difference, floor it, and the shifts are so firm, i really was impressed...Even chirped going into 3rd gear...The JLT intake works great, nice growl from the intake, kinds of blends in with the the exhaust growl.....Very SIMPLE install...The programming worked first time, no codes or issues of any kind....It really does pull much harder then stock...I will dyno it this fall, but i would expect about a 30 +- hp and a noticable increase in tq...... A no brainer improvement got the 4.6 ESPECIALLY the auto....Doug at Bama, was great to talk to, very knowledgable, and delivered the goods as he said...

That is great to know.... your combo of intake/tune is the one I am leaning toward for my '07 auto vert..... is yours a 91 octane? and what tune did you opt for----torque/performance/racing??? I wasn't sure which one would be better than the others for a car driven mildly aggressively, with mainly highway/traveling miles.... good luck!

Went with the 91 torque tune...Man it pulls much harder in the mid range, chirps the tires in 3rd!! And, its a new car, will only get better,[8D]
