Frankly I am proud of the fact that you saved up $15k to get the car. Those other guys are just jealous.
As far as the tune goes you paid the price for a performance car and should get the response. I would talk to the dealer or the local Ford service rep if the dealer wont help. Be careful though I took mine in to have the trans checked and they said there was nothing wrong. Nothing wrong means the customer pays diagnostic charges ($80 in my case).
Get 34 others here to pitch in $10 each for the tune and I will send you the first $10 to get started.
