Just got my FRPP Axel backs in the mail today. Haven't had a chance to look at them. Before I got them, I ran across an some excerpts from an interesting article in one of the Mustang magazines. It is an after market dyno shootout between various axel backs compared to stock. Look at the following links and compare the data. Most of what is said on the forum is true about no serious PEAK HP gains from aftermarket mufflers. However, if you look at it closely, there are some serious gains down in the lower RPM range. If this is true, then one might actually feel some difference in the low end and get some improvement at the track. For instance, at 2400 RPM, stock made 230 TQ/105 HP, FRPP made 279.9 TQ/127.9 HP. What do you guys think? How could we explain this?

I have been thinking of getting the MAC axleback kit. Has anyone seen any reviews on it, or have one?

I love my Macs, have not seen any reviews written about them but I have had mine since a week after buying my car in Feb 06 and have no complaints. Vid comming Sunday 9/3
