Not too sure about that. The only place have seen that has those is ford. Maybe ebay.

i know i could get a door panel from ford. . . but its not painted and thats what i really want, that factory baked paint job

nah, i have a very minor dent/change to the passenger door where some idiotic 19 year old girl backed into me in a parking lot. . . i had the "paintless" dent repair done, but that only got it 90% fixed. . .

im just looking to restore it back to perfection. . .
