Hey I have a 2006 GT, and I was looking for something to make it LOUD. I was looking at electric cut-outs and I thought I decided on those. but when I called some shops to get an idea of installation fees, they said that they probably would not fit on my car. They said for 2004 and older Mustangs, there is not enough clearance for the cut-outs and they have to point the cut-outs down. This would obviously be a problem for ground clearance. They said that they had not even tried to put them on the new models. My question is, has anyone installed electric cut-outs on a 2005 or newer mustang? And if so, is ground clearance a problem? I think those would be neat to have also. My brother has them on his older Mustang and they are awesome when he opens them up!
