Exhaust- Kooks Long Tube Headers, Kooks Hi-Flow Catted X-Pipe, SLP Loud Mouth axlebacks.
Tuner- SCT Xcal2
This is just my personal opinion. And all of these products can be found at www.brenspeed.com and can easily be installed by yourself, minus the Long Tube Headers.

Nitrous kits are cheap and good for nice horsepower gains. Not sure what you are trying to achieve though...

Is your car an automatic? If so you might want to consider changing the torque converter(to increase power to rear wheels) and depending on what you're trying to achieve perhaps a gear ratio change. Are you looking for a higher top speed, or better acceleration?
The suggestions listed by others here is about the best and most you can do without pulling the engine apart or adding forced induction(such as a super or turbocharger). Perhaps a larger throttle body would help, but not as much as you'd probably like considering it's price.
Also, are catalytic converters mandatory in Sweden? If not, removing them should give you 10-20 hp.[sm=signs003.gif]

Sounds like you want to make your car accelerate faster, right? Well, traction plays a huge roll in being able to put all the car's power to the ground. Rear gears(3.73 or 4.10), a lighter aluminum driveshaft, suspension mods such as quality rear control arms/panhard rod and bushings. Without tearing your engine apart or going FI, about all you can do is a CAI with an aggressive tune
(what's the octane rating in Sweden? You can have a custom tune installed for the type of gas available in your country when you purchase a SCT Xcal2 tuning device), under drive pulleys, full exhaust with long tube headers and possibly a larger throttle body. All these mods should make over 330rwhp when properly installed and tuned(about 380hp at the flywheel). Not much more to tell you. Ask the guys in tech, I'm sure I might be missing something, they'd be of better assistance.
