Are you serious? A 300hp V-8 vs a 240hp I6? Well, maybe there's something you're not telling us? Why even ask, just race him/her.

I raced a 98 and won easily. I don't know how much difference there is between the two.

Stock for stock a gt would eat a 99 M3. I raced a 2004 e46 M3 from the bottom of second to 130mph with just the C&L and the mild (de-tuned for Nj's ethanated fuel) 93 octane brenspeed tune and had him by like 5-6 cars. Ruined his day!!
