BFgoodrich drag radials or Nitto?
well niitto is kinda expensive but i wanna go t track before they close for winter and i dont have much money.. and 18' drag radials are pretty rare.. bfgoodrich sells 245/40/18 for 170 bucks and Nitto sells the same tire for 200 bucks
nitto gives better traction? what is the difference between two?
do you guys know any other webs ties who sells drag radials cheap?
or any of u sells used one??

Personally I like the BFG'S over the Nitto's. Nitto's are hard as a rock compared to the BFG'S. But I really like the Mickey Thompsan DR's the best. But to awnser your ? I would take BFG's over the Nitto's anyday. The only good side to the Nitto's is they last longer than the other's out there but don't hook as good.

I was partial to the Nitto's for a while. Hanging around at the drag strip and talking to people, they say the BFG KDW 2's are stickier than the Nitto's.
So that's what I will be going with most likely.

M/T does not make an 18' dr yet. BFG is a better track tire but will wear out a little faster than the Nitto. I get about a year out of my BFG dr's, unless I hurt the sidewalls or somthing.

alot of people that drive daily on their DRs prefer the Nittos .... might be due to stiffer sidewalls. I agree, BFG seems softer and the sidewalls may be softer too. A MT or maybe even a BFG sometimes scare people for daily driving because it kind of feels like the rear of the car is "floating" around and cornering will be noticably different. Any DR will be quite noticable over a standard street tire.

I run 305/45/18 555R DRs on mine. Choose those because it is a daily driver and I don't have any desire to swap out wheels every time I go to the track. They stick good, and handle surprisingly well in the rain.
