I didn't get the pre-cut stripes and gave up after the hood and the roof. I spent a few hours on the front bumper and eventually said forget it.

I left the roof/hood because I think it still looks cool.

What stripes do you have? I installed my 10 inch stripes from baltimore street mods with my wifes help. Are you using the soapy water solution? It was pretty easy to install, hard to keep them perfectly straight though, especially at the bend of the front bumper. If I had to do it again i'd get the 2 inch masking tape and lay the stripes down right up to it instead of the 1 1/2 inch tape and laying them 1/4 inch from the tape.

The trunk lid was in three piece in the kit I used. Made it much easier, but I would have liked to get a 1 piece just to try it. The three pieces didn't line up perfectly which erkks me a little still.

So is the trunk all one piece or three pieces? You didn't say where you got your kit.

Some areas of the bumpers will not lay down until after it starts to dry. then you go back and push out the wrinkles.

Well on the rear bumper you will have a few wrinkles just above the license plate on both sides, just let it start to dry and go back with your finger and push it out.
