Default New dyno numbers for the saleen s/c

Had an 8pound pully, 90mm maf, and 39cc injectors installed today. New numbers are 401/420 on a mustang dyno. Still uncorrected for altitude at 4000ft. I'm pleased.

Damn, that's a pretty impressive gain for just 8 psi.........on a mustang dyno. I made 360rwhp on a mustang dyno with the 4 psi pulley. Good numbers.

401/420 is great numbers for a s/c at 8psi for that high of an altitude. your car must be fast as hell.

Yeah I'm pretty excited, it pulls really hard. If I floor it in first or second gear I lose all traction on the stock pirreli's. Come spring I'll put on some wider tires. The difference between the 4pound and 8pound is night and day. before on the 4 pounder I couldn't break the tires lose by just flooring it, I had to use the clutch. I'm taking her to the track on sunday, best time on 4psi was 13.39 (still at 4000ft) So I think traction permitting I hope to get high twelves.

AWESOME. I'm overhauling my suspension and sticking some better rubber on at the moment. Once that's done and the car's dialed in, I'll be throwing on an 8 rib kit with a 10 lb pulley. Should make for a helluva smirk

Dave did a bang up job putting these kits together. It's kinda pricey, but for higher boost applications with ZERO slippage.........you just can't beat it. I've gotten alot of feedback on these kits for our blowers in the last month, and I'm 100% confident about doing this mod now. Very high quality parts......and thorough instructions for install.

Only thing is that the biggest pulley he has for the Saleen's is a 3.4". So you kinda have to pulley down to 10psi or more if you want to go that route.

P.S. I hear that you can finally get a really wicked "whine" outta your Saleen with these kits.
