Default RE: TSB Question

I've removed my wheels a couple of times and never chipped them. I was more upset with the Tech's attitude then anything else. He really didn't seem to care. If the guy would have just come out and said hey man I'm really sorry about that I tried to be careful but I chipped your calibers. He knew he did, so why not just own up to it. That's my biggest pet peave, accidents happen but don't try to pass it off like nothing happened.

Another example of a jerk working at the dealership who does not care. I was a little understanding when mine were chipped because they had my rotors etc all off, plus they told me right away. (Not the dealer though)

OK...dropped it off at the dealer I purchased it from yesterday and they fixed both TSB's no questions asked today. Awesome service!!!! I was honest with them and told them about my gears and they said the gears didn't have an impact on the clutchpack and that they would have it done today. Get to pick it up after work. This is great news! If there is anyone in the Baltimore, MD area looking for a great dealer to work with let me know and I'll pass along the information.

Also, thanks to everyone who provided much needed and valuable information. Greatly appreciated!!!!

Great news! I told you to stay positive and hang in there. What dealer did you go to?

It was Miller Brothers Ford in Ellicott City....where I purchased the car. They fixed both TSB's in one day and I picked it up this evening after work. Great service and highly recommended.
