Default First time at the track

Hey everyone, tonight my buddy and I are going to the track. It will be my first time and I'm really excited but also a little nervous. So if anyone has any tips for me that would great! oh and I'm 100% stock right now.

I'll be sure to post time slips when I get back tomorrow. Also I'm in Tucson and I think the elevation of the track is around 2000 feet so what kind of effect will that have on my time? All of the runs will be done at night so the temp will be around 40-50. What times should I be aiming for?
