Now then, if they ditched the cats they might see another 5 HP or so. There was one or two bolt ons they didn't have, but I'm not going to belive much past 355 unless they get some heads AND start doing some serious weight dropping.
Cams and ported heads don't add up very well. You might say Cams are worth 40 and Heads are worth 50, does that mean that heads + cams = 90? Nope.
eH20 = Electric water pump. Worth about 10 HP at the top end. No tune required.
delete plates = CMCV (or CMCP) delete. Read about it here:

...note that this is an old article. Now Ford (FRPP) makes their own version of this kit, which is much less expensive. I bought mine for $85 shipped. Typical price is about $90-95. Install takes about 30-45 min. This mod REQUIRES a tune, otherwise your car will LOOSE hp, and will probably go into "limp" mode.

RE: Wanting 400rwhp
adding the delet kit only took you 30 min to instal, that looks like alot of work. how much power will it add. so that pluse maybe a larger throttle body and the cam what do you think my gains would be, or would that even work together?

RE: Wanting 400rwhp
The CMCP install actually took me closer to an hour. However, that was becasue a #@%*>#! beetle fell into one of my intake ports once I had the manifold off. It took me about 20 min to fish the damn bug out!!!
It is actually a very straight forward installation. Assuming you don't have a beetle fall down in your intake, 30-45 min is reasonable.
The bigger throttle body is a good idea in conjuction with the cams, etc. Brenspeed got 347 HP with cams, throttle body, LT headers, C&L Racer intake and UDP.
