Default What wheels to get to complete this

Ok guys....I am so torn...I want to get 18" wheels....to replace my stock ones with the swept spinners. I am trying to stay as a tribute to my dads 1968 shelby gt350 he had...his wheels were pretty similar to my bone stock ones and he had spinners on them as well... Do I stck with these...do i go chrome...black...what....I attached some pics of my ride for ideas..please let me know....stay with the stock wheels since they are closest to my dads wheels or go in a new direction...I dont want the new shelby wheels....

I think these would look pretty nice on your car, and you can still use your spinners... Shiny

Do you have any pics of the rims you are trying to emulate? I just have a bit of a problem with spinners and lugs. Rims should have one or the other but not both. Each is a method of mounting the rim and one or the other is used but not both obviously. ...just a thing about "reality", if you know what I mean. Kinda like what appears to be two locations to put gas in the 05-07 stang.

I would definately recommend the athracite deep dish bullitts. I think they would look awesome on your ride with some 285's on the back. The athracite is the same color rim you have now and the same basic style except a very sporty nicer looking rim and will committ to your tribute.

not ones that are even remotely scannable....my dad took all his old car photos back in the day with his polaroid instant camera...one of those ones that you had to crank out the picture and shake it aimlessly for hours....they are all yellow and faded as the super 8 movies we have of the cars as well....all i can say is they look like a bullet but the center comes out a little bit and there are spinners on them

Try the American Racing Torq-thrust II CL205 if you want a "real" retro look.

I'm running Billet flat racing caps now but am going with the Polished Carlisle Billet Spinners next.
