Default Charge Motion Dlete Plates

Can you tell if a car has the stock motion plates or aftermarket plate without pulling the intake manifold?

Yes if you take a look behind the intake manifold you should see two metal actuating arms that control the valves if they are stock. Those arms and motor are removed with the delete plates.

If the delete plates are in you may also see an electrical plug dangling behind the manifold from the wiring harness. This would be the plug thatpowered themotor to control the valves.

Some people leave the motors in and even plugged in because their tune does not eliminate the signal to the motor. However, the arms will not be connected to anything. So if the motor is back there, just check to see if the arms are connected
