On fordmuscle.com they have a picture install and directions to help you along. The only problem I had was getting the hurst shifter in after removing the stock one. I've done two installs and both times it seemed it just wouldn't fit but if you wiggle it around it fell into place. Good luck your going to like it.

I completed the install on my 07 in an hour and 15 minutes and that included a trip to Sears for a 10mm deep socket that I thought I already had. The hardest part, IMHO, was getting the OEM rubber boot over the Hurst housing and back into place. It's getting broken in now and the difference from the factory shifter is NIGHTand DAY! Just a positive snick-snick with half the throw, just like the old days.

I thought the billet shifters from Hurst were on an engineering holdand there is no firm production date. Have these been released?

damm i just got mine, i dont like the way the stock laether boot looks with the shifter, i was hoping to see more of the chrome [:'(]

You do see more of the chrome. He doesn't have his installed right.

They give you an oval adapter to make the shift boot fit on the hurst stick.
