Default $3000 budget what to get

I would like some advice. I have a 05 Mustang GT auto, with only FRPP axle backs and S and B intake. I will have about $3000 budget. I would like some suggestions on what to get. I figure long tubes, o/r xpipes to mate up with the axle backs and a tuner. I want it to be loud as possible with out any drone or rasp. I am thinking torque converter with lock up, 3.73 gears, and maybe an aftermarket throttle body but I have been reading mixed reviews on this. Two limits, I need the car for work so a quick turnaround is in order nothing to internal and I am not a fan of Nitrous. Goal is to have a 340-350 rwhp car to play with the local Mach 1s and some LS1's, possibly some WRX's. Any suggestions would be awesome. Please re-post with items, sites, prices and results. Thanks you very much.

gonna need a bigger budget than $3000 to get 340-350 rwhp. My idea honestly would to hang on to that $3000 and wait till you can put a saleen, kb, whipple, etc on there...much easier and in the long run cheaper to reach/exceed your goal. I know that'd prolly not what you want to here, but there isn't much other than FI and nitrous to get big power out of these cars. Word is stay away from the throttle body's if your stock/stockish...but I have no personal experience with them.

That is what I thought. How about basic bolt ons? Which ones and where to get them? I would like the best bang for the buck. FI is a later down the road option after I get a built bottom end with lower compression ratio. But I am looking what to get for right now. To play with the average crowd. In my area, Mach 1 and Mustang GT, Evo's, LS1's, WRX/STI's, SRT-4's, and some turbo hondas are the ones to play.

4.10s, long tube headers, o/r midpipe, axlebacks.

cai + tune, lower control arms, springs/shocks, upper control arm, rear sway bar

cams, electric waterpump, udp (not if youre going s/c though), short shifter.

then some wider wheels, such as 18x10 in the rear with some nice 275s on there.

or you could just save up for forced induction, i would get exhaust first though that always makes the car more fun to drive.

Don't waste you time on an aftermarket throttle body.
