Default 3 valve heads

Hey folks,A good friend just got his 05GT totalled by an IDIOT last weekend. He is going to salvage the whole driveline & said I could have the heads for helping him out & being there when he needed someones help.My question is what kind of gains will I recieve if I send these heads out to get ported & polished? And is it wise to upgrade the valves(Oversize)? And if so what kind of gains would that net?Of course Im talking RWHP gains..Just dont know what kind of gains to expect with my existing mods in my sig.By the way,THANKS Syder for the aluminum D/S!Can't wait to get it in!

Default RE: 3 valve heads

Ported 3 valve head claims are about 30-40hp with a tune. The cost of porting from most of the ads I've seen are pretty high. Of course your gonna want to get rid of the stock exhaust manifolds to really make it breath.
