Default new tires soon

what size tire would you get?

I am about due for a new set of tires. I have the 18x9 and 18x10 deep dish bullits with 255/45/18 and 285/40/18 respectively. I also have my car lowered with the Eibach pro kit. Would you stay with the same size or go a little bigger? Let me know what you think.

I'd say you current sizes are about right.

Do you need more tire for performance or do you just want to make it look different? The sizes you have are probably more than you need. If you put anything larger on you may have issues with rubbing and or the tires may not fit your wheels properly.

Call Tirerack.com and ask the pros. They'll be happy to give you the 411.

I'll be getting kumho SPT's when it's time for new tires. They get great reviews at tirerack.com and they are cheap. I've had kumho 712's and kh11's in the past, both were trouble free.

I was at the world of wheels today in chicago and was looking at new wheels and tires and am kinda leaning towards the nitto 555 in a 305/40/18 in the rear and 255's up front. Only problem is the price.
