Default vs Blazer SS

Cliff Notes: Raped

Raced my friends Chevy Blazer SS from a dig and roll, nice looking truck.

Truck: Auto/AWD LS2, Headers, Full Exhaust, UDPs, Intake, Tune
Me: CatBack, haha

Dig: The road was mildly crappy, it had a thin layer of that grime that just appears with winter in NY. I spun all through first. He spun aswell, only front wheels, overall he had a much harder launch. He was about 3 cars away once I shifted into 2nd and spun some more. He kept gaining length but it wasn't so bad as from the start. By 100mph he had 5+ lengths

We then went from about ~30mph going up a hill. I was in 2nd, probably should have been in first. He pulled off a lot faster than I did but wasn't so bad as I got towards the top of 2nd.

He's got a really cool truck without a doubt, it just sucks its faster than the Stang, haha!

Yes, and like 14 to 14.3 in the 1/4. How much are those mods he has worth?

Sounds like you just had traction issues and he didn't, being AWD. You should be able to beat him if your tires would bite.

I'm not really familar with LS2s but they are pretty simliar to LS1s I take it. My friends LS1 Camaro responds very well to mods, so I'm willing to bet the Blazer was putting down a lot of power. He gave me a number, it fades my brain though. tooltime any thoughts?
