I like the black chrome, but I also like the contrasting outer lip. Although these aren't what you're looking at, here is a pic of mine. Like I said, the contrasting outer lip looks good to me.

I think you tend to lose a lot of the shape of the wheel when you go with black. It's just too hard to make out the shape. Personally I hate black and I hate chrome. I went with Foose Nitrous in silver.

But of the two choices, I pick black chrome.
