Call a lemon lawlawyer I don't thik it will cost you that much. More than likely they will review your case for free; at least you will know if you qualify. Best of luck to you. For what it is worth, I have owned 4 Mustangs and have never had a major problem with any of them.

RE: I'M VERY TIRED OF THIS...
thanx guys for all the help. Ford is supposed to have the new part for my car by the end of the week. i talked to the attorney general's office in my state and they told me that i have to have the same part break one more time before i qualify for the lemon law. don't know if it will happen. bad thing is that my car only messes up when it's very, very cold. weather man said we're in for a warming spell over the next several days. i won't know if my car messes up or not now and the Ford dealership told me the same thing.

You can never trust a dealer, get a Lawyer. Unrelated yet kinda related, I know a guy who purchased a "NEW" Ford Ranger off a local Dealership, he drove it home and the bed torqued to one side scratching the **** out of the paint etc etc. Well Long story short after a Lawyer got involved and did a VIN search, they found that his "NEW" Ford Ranger was sold to him Illegally becuase that particular truck fell off a truck when it was getting unloaded, and they attempted to repair it and make it look good, put it on the lot, and sold it to this guy as a New Vehicle. He ended up filing suit and he actually got an F-150 for the Ranger Price.
Go Figure.

Psst: golden rule of cars: Never buy 1st year models.. they always have more problems than the following years (I will consider trading my mustang in for a camaro in its 2nd model year if it has more HP at the same price as the GT though... partly for the HP and partly because there are tons of mustangs around here, and I hate blending in.)

What I would do, if I were you and the economics where there...would be to go to a Ford (or any other dealer) and trade-it up for a new whatever you would like. Even if losing some $$, it's proven that you need a reliable car and your's is not. Let the dealer deal with that mess of a car you have...
