Brendspeed sent this to me back in January when I questioned the shifting slippage: basically it is put in there by FORD due to 3rd being the weakest gear. Brent was able to send me a new tune which is allot better and not as noticable.

Give this a try. As far as the 2-3 shift this is about as good as you can get it without causing any long term issues. Ford set that trans up to have a mild slip during that shift because 3rd is the weakest gear.
You also need to use the new version of live load I have attached.

lol i wasnt asking u if it was possible to share tunes not for ur tune, i wasnt able to see what u attach before, now i just read the rest

I think this may be the issue I am running in to as well. It runs very good when I'm gettin' on her pretty good and the RPMs fall to above 3k when shifting. When I'm putting around and I decide to stab it in any gear, it's almost like a delay in climbing up between 2k and 3k RPM. When she hits 3k RPM though, it feels like someone hits an afterburner switch though, and it's takeoff time! Is this what you're talking about?
