You would win very easily based on his mods. If he had more bolt-ons it would be closer. I had an 2004 mustang gt and it ran a 13.57 1/4 mile at 102 with a 1.99 60ft. The mods were catback,cai,75mm tb,C&l plenum,diablo tuner,steeda udp's,catted x-pipe,4.10 gears, and mgw shifter. These mods got it 261rwhp dynojet sae about 35rwhp increase from stock. A good driver in a s197 can run 13.4-13.5 in stock form so the the sn95 would still lose but it would alot closer.
