RE: Getting DYNO'd
No no, I stayed in 3rd when i only had my intake and x-pipe(Rev limiter bumped at to 7000). Now i'm defintily have to go to 4th gear, i think 3rd ends like @ 108-113( I don't remeber exactly).

But I do have one question for you guys, has anyone noticed that 99% of the people in here with GT that have CAI and tune usually have 300+ rwhp.

yep a whole2 people with CAI, tune and pulliesand 1 with a TB spacer300 rwhp. Franklin05gt claims 317 with just a tune and CAI with midpipe....so that is about 10%
Actually that is less than i was thinking.

I know it is not an exact science but if you put those claimed numbers for the trap speed and E.T. into a horsepower estimator it calculates out to somewhere between 342 to 395 RWHP. ?
See calculator: http://www.speedworldmotorplex.com/calc.htm
We had Club Day at the drag strip last month. Best times for all 05-07 Mustang GT's with bolt-on's and tunes were mid 13's @ 100-101 Mph. My best before Whipple, 13.56 @ 100.5 Mph with a 2.06 60'
My runs with Whipple SC were 12.1 - 11.98 @ 114 - 115 Mph . (First runs, still learning to launch)
Not implying anything just stating facts.
