That is the Dream Car Factory hood from the DCF500GT. Unfortunately, I think they may also have gone out of business.

On a sidenote, I know the owner of Fang Performance (you're right, they are now out of business) and their version of that hood, the Mystery 8, is very nice. I believe they may have some left over stock that they need to get rid of. You might try contacting someone there, they may have one left.
