Supposedlythe x-pipe flows a little better but sounds a little raspy compared to the h-pipe. Cant say first hand..........
I"ve heard em and unless you take the cat off there's no real sond diff. I'm trying to spend my HP bucks wisely.
Then leave the stock midpipe alone, it flows very well. Major hp roadblock w/ our exhaust is the manifold. Only way to get decent hp increase out of the exhaust system is via long tubes w. or w/o high flow cats. (even shorties arent worth it). If your just considering midpipes, save your cash for another mod. Straight through axle backs are good for a couple of pony's but mostly just changed for sound....
