H or X-pipe over stock?
From everything I've read, with cats,(my state requires em) there in no real hp gains with aftermarket H or X-pipe over stock mid pipes! True or False and why?

I personally don't know but from what i've read in this forum people seem to like the H pipes for some reason.

Supposedlythe x-pipe flows a little better but sounds a little raspy compared to the h-pipe. Cant say first hand..........

I"ve heard em and unless you take the cat off there's no real sond diff. I'm trying to spend my HP bucks wisely.

If you want deep muscle car sound, H Pipe is the way to go. After market mid pipes do give around 8-10 Horsepower
