Default clutch!

have any of you guys had to replace or rebuild you clutch from wear. I dont want to wear mine out so I need some opinions

That's one reason I got the automatic. They hold up better with higher HP

The only way I know to prevent a clutch from eventually wearing out is to not use it. If you use it, it will wear. Most wear is probably from take-offs (first gear). If you do a lot of highway driving, you will probably get a lot of miles out of your clutch. A lot of stop-and-go and around town driving and your clutch will wear faster.

You can feel it in the pedal!! I have replaced clutches in other 4.6's (2v) and they are pretty easy and cheap!
