How much did your custom turbo run you?
That's not as easy as you may think to answer... Do I calculate the costs of my other disgarded set-ups? Do I calculate the changes I decided to make in the mechanics? Hard to say exactly. I'll skip any losses I took on other set-ups and break down just the turbo now on it's own...

Powerhouse turbo kit with a custom 76mm Precision head unit and precision exhaust housing - $5,000 (The PH kit comes with a 67mm Precision head unit)
Tial 50mm BOV to atmoshere - $499
Changing the PH kit to be a blow through vs. a draw through - $500
Reconfigure and change the dowpipe, kit piping, and CAI to function better - $500
Change the exhaust housing to a Turbonetics with a Q trim and fit to 76mm Precision head unit- $900
Custom plumb a water aftercooler to aid the kit air intercooler - $500

I guess about $7,900

I still really like the PH kit and for the street it is a great kit as is. For what I wanted to do, the 67mm wasn't near enough potential. It runs out of gas in the 14-15 psi range. There 'custom' 76mm was a way too big on the exhaust side and was suitable for a big block. Took me literally 5-6 secondsw to spool that beast and drove my intake and tranny temps through the roof. I swapped out the exhaust side for a Turbonetics muich smaller Q trim and got the best of both worlds. The kit has the power of the 76mm but spools full boost by 2800 rpm within 2 seconds on the brake.

Steeda makes inferior suspension components plain and simple and anyone who has done any serious modding will agree with me. BMR, CHE, and some others are a much wiser investment IMO.

The steeda CA's are a joke no doubt about it. Myself and several others have broken the crappy eurethane bushings in them several times. I broke 3 sets on the stock motor.
I agree with this 100%!

There are a few Steeda parts which are quite good, but the majority of them are overpriced and the quality is towards the bottom of the barrel!

The only Steeda parts I would use:

Springs
Rear swaybar (though it is overpriced)
G-trac brace (this is one part they make better than BMR. Very odd!)

I don't want to lower my ride, so how can I increase the ride quality, handling, etc... Without adding lowering springs?

The parts are all the same, you just don't need the adjustable versions and you don't need to fiddle with camber or alignment.

LCAs
Shocks/struts
rear sway bar
Panhard bar & brace

...and so on...
