Ohh nice just today in my neighborhood I was coming up on a kid about 50 feet in front of me and I was going about 10-15 and getting ready to slow down and he took off spriting to his mom for no apparent reason and she yelled at me.

Actually - if you lived in my neighborhood you would understand they actually do. I am lucky to have a great neighborhood where we enjoy the kids riding their quads and playing with our toys. You will notice no one around and the street is a quick dead end.

RE: The Killer is Back!
Not much fun last night...lol
Well I went to Irwindale and got some vids but ran into a little snag. The shop forgot to change the plugs before bringing the car down. Had two fouled plugs so it wasn't much fun.
My first pass blew the intake elbow off in the burnout box so I had no throttle and had to idle down the track. Very embarrassing - a 36.9 @ 4 mph !!!! LOL
Tightened the elbow back down and ran two more passes and was fouling out in the top end of 2nd and third and was only able to lay down a 7.4 on both passes at 94 mph. Still pretty good considering fouled plugs and the car did leave pretty hard at half throttle. At 1/2 throttle, I 60' a 1.54 and a 1.60.
Put new plugs in and going to Perris tonight to see what she's really made of when running right. Vids to come...

That thing is just too sick. I hope you get some nice play time out of it now. It always sucks to dump a ton of cash into a project that sits more than runs. But all custom stuff seems to go through a phase like that. Road bumps, defective parts, etc, are par for the course. My mopar 451 stroker build was alot like that. Pretty much, the only thing that did not have to come back apart is the bottom end of the motor.
