You should murder him with no problem lol. I hate ricers. Is your car manual or auto? because that might make the difference.

If its the Base 2006 Civic SI ( Don't know if there are like any "special" models) you will destroy him. Its a low-mid 15 second car, and you're in a mid 13 second car...do the math...and dude 197 hp vs 300.

Video tape it. [&:]

my car a 5spd. He's no ricer and that prolly the only civic thats not a "ricer" ; he's last car was a 92 camero 350; he likes the si but miss RWD too much. I think the s200 going to be his next car.

The SI is a much lighter car but where i have the real upper hand is the tq(137ish vs 320) I guess he think tq doesnt matter as much up top...going to suck for him, ill try to tape it.

The only thing top end about the Civic is that it requires you to rev it to7800 rpm before in makes a whole whopping 197 bhp.

This is bench racing, but it will give you guideline. According to Road and Track tests, the Civic Si takes a huge 8.2 seconds to go from 70mph to 100 mph. It takes 16.8 seconds to go 0-100 mph.

You will kill him even from 70 mph.
