Has Anyone Tried This Exhaust Setup?
For my 2006 GT. I was thinking of getting the flowmaster 40's but mounting them in front of the rear axel, like the previous model mustangs. and then having a shop bend some pipes for the exit. idk, i want my car to sound like my buddies 2004 GT. Its really DEEP! So gimme your input on this idea. o yea, i have the FRPP Stingers now and they sound decent but i want that DEEP DEEP RUMBLE!
THANKS!!! |
RE: Has Anyone Tried This Exhaust Setup?
I saw on here (I think) about someone who pieced together an exhaust that had the mufflers in front of the axles. He got all of his parts from Summit and had part numbers and everything. I can't find that post now since search doesn't seem to be working correctly. I believe he was using Dynomax mufflers. He had a link to a video clip of it too, sounded mean and only cost him about $150 I believe.
Wish I could find it. |

Try some MAC A/B with Kooks resonators to get rid of the drone. That should do it. check these clips.
