C&L heat shield problem

Default C&L heat shield problem

the abs lines are in the way and their not moving at all when i push on them. now what?

I had no problem bending my ABS lines to make it fit....be gentle though

maybe mine is right, i dunno. the directions say, the shield should be even with the plastic cover above the radiator, mine isn't even but crooked but some others i seen on this site were the same.

The heat sheild should be wire-tied to the ABS lines, you should not ned to bend tham at all. The sheild itself should be plenty flexible, occasionally you may need to rotate the shield toward the front of the car to get it into position.,

Agreed there is a hole in the shield and the C&L came with two zip ties just for that.

I would not mess with the hard lines of the abs module at all.
