hmm well i'll try filling it at a low speed and not putting the nozzle in all the way (but i'd be kinda scared of it falling out then?), and if that doesnt work i'll turn it upside down and see what happens. thanks for the help.

btw whats a TSB?

well. It should work. If all else fails, get some 5 gallon gasscans and bolt em into your trunk and run some fuel lines...

ooh that use to happen to me to, i used to compleint all the time to they guys in the gas station that their pumps didn't work and i got my money back. i asked my dad since he is a mechanic at the dealership so we went together to the gas station and he told me that its a lock that the pumps and the cars have that they have to contact together so that the gas doesn't stop....... or something like that, so from there on i just push the gas pump all the way in and don't let go until all the gas that i bougth is over, and problem solved

ford so dum some times; my car (2006) had and does have it once in a while and your telling me the 2007 have the same problem that start in 05. I took it to a dealer where "they never heard of it" and didnt know what a TSB was. but for some reason when i got it back; the problem went away. but it does do it every once in a while.

small things like these they better fix before the rest of the cars come out in 08/09 (pony car war)

Well...it happened to me 1 time, I turned the nozzle at a 90 degree angle and have not had that issue again. Good luck.
