heres a question not relating to this or a stang, but you guys are pretty bright so ill say it anyway..

my dad has a 97 expedition with 200000 miles. Half of them pulling a racing trailer. He says he wants to keep it until it dies but once its warm, when we stop at a light, the rpm drops to like 500, and it feels like it is misfiring, or vaporlocking. What is this?>?
EGR Valve? I had a Buick that needed one and it kept [almost] stalling when coming to a stop...I believe the valve was sticking open or closed, and as a result the engine wasn't getting enough gas or something.

Or I could be totally off... [&:] anyone else?
in my explorer i was feeling kind of the same thing it was the motor mounts but, motor mounts are prety good on V8s, anyone else?

If you have UDP's he may have the idle stepped up a little to ensure no issues with charging etc.
