I agree.

To me its an accident. It happens. Has nothing to do with her being a women and nothing to do with her being a cop. It should get treated the same way. If there was Neglect on the officer part then there may be a lawsuit. If not then case closed the Insurance company will take care of it.

my father in law and brother in law are both cops and after talking to them the cops are liable light on or off. there lights are merely asking permission not a right of way. also i would appreciate it if the female bashing would stop because honestly i would probably prefer to have a female with a good attitude by my side then most of you doing the bashing. anyway hopefully the insurance company will come through soon so i can get my baby in the shop...........im lost without her
