I love the ideas you guys. but now the question is What name brand parts should i buy? yeah i think imma do what you said smokem. My thing is i want to have the perfect streed built mustang. so when the new camero comes out. they wont know who they're messing with.

You should invest the money mutual fund, IRA, 401k, or something like that.
Now what I would plan to do using half of it on the car and investing the rest. I would end up blowing it all on the car and a couple real good times out on the town. In the end kinda regreting it then realizing u only live once and u cant take money with u when your gone. But thats just me and please dont listen to me.

Seriously, invest the majority of it. If done right you can buy several gt500's...

I know a guy that had a similiar situation. He invested the cash, crooked broker stole his loot because of ignorance (of accounting)

Seriously invest it, put a lock on it for twenty years. Unless your already an old fart (like some of the guys in here) and won't be around in twenty years to use it.
My rule with "found" money or basically just unexpected gains is to pretend I never got it and just bank it away somewhere.
