I just put a flowmaster exhaust on my 07 stang and now I get a harmonic rattling noise that is coming out of the right rear quarter panel. It seems to only do it when I lug the motor down. Anybody have any ideas what it is or how to fix it?

The driver rear over axle pipe is contacting slightly the thin crossmember bar! Had the same issue......take a look

YEAH IT COULD BE THAT, OR CHECK ALL OF THE HANGERS ON THE MUFFLERS, MAKE SURE ALL OF THE WELDS ARE GOOD AND ATTACHED, CAUSE IF NOT, THEY VIBRATE THE HELL OUT OF THE MUFFLER!!!

ok i might be way off, but you say harmonic.....which leads me to believe you are talking about drone. Again that could be totally wrong.
