quarter mile times!
I rand the 1/4 mile in 14.12 seconds at 102.86 miles an hour. I dont think I got a good laucnh all day... I am going back up next weekend to see if I can do any better. Im an auto with 3.73 gears, intake and tune, JBA shorties, magnaflow catback, and I took the subwoofers out when I ran. Think I can do better? feeeeddback....!

yep, u can do much better considering u have 3.73´s and CAI :), if u have the stock 17 or 18 wheels u should be in the 13.6 range with no problem maybe 1 or 2 tenths lower

Mine ran 13.7 last fall. With Caiintake and SCT 87 tune.My auto had 3.31 gears and stock 17' wheels and tires 235/55/17's. I just dynod tunedandwent to 4.10 gears and 255/45/18' Nittored line tires.I am hoping for low 13's some place.

Somethingelse are youloading themotorat the tree? I did and my 60 foot times sucked. Eventhough i stillran 13.7's The guy's that dynoed tuned my Stang. Said Ford hadsoftwarein the pcm. That retards the motor if youload thetranny. Its better to flash it instead.

Its better to flash it instead. roll the tires a little before you stage and rev her up to 2.5-3k rpm and when the last yellow light turns kinda dump the clutch but don't floor it. as soon as the car gets boggs a little floor it and you will cut good 60's it is hard to explain but try not to dump the clutch and floor it off the line and do not slip the clutch either. To slip the clutch will get you good 60' but i wouldn't wanna waste my clutch so i was gently slipping the clutch. |

Well because of IRS cobra rides better but S197 is definetely better daily driver and more comfortable interior. about power, there is no contest. about looks, i really love how both of them looks.. I love the cobra better because it is stupid fast stock and very cheap to make it a lot faster. Also cobras sounds better than S197s:D both great cars IMO. |
