Is your anti-theft light flashing rapidly/on steady when you have the key in the "ON" position? Also, check Smart junction box (SJB) fuse 19 (5A)and Bussed electrical center (BEC) fuse 68 (20A).

Whatever happened about the greasy fingerprints and your window forced back? Did you call the cops? I came out one morning and could clearly see the knife edge of a handprint where someone was looking in my window. Luckily I dont keep anything in there and my windows are blacked out. Glad everything worked out for you

Well, first I'd check to see if the connections to your battery are tight. If those are ok, I have experienced fuses working loose in the past. As for the greasy fingerprints on your window...I think that's one for the cops.

Somebody tried to steal it. That sucks. I thought there was something that when you tried to start the car without the right key it killed off stuff like starting. Call the dealer.

+1 it's got to be the battery. Just because it showed full last time you drove it doesn't mean doo doo. Also the window won't roll back up that 1/2 inch if the battery is dead. Sometimes my stupid window doesn't roll back up when i shut the door, got to watch that.

I know you said it's not the battery, but it sure sounds like it is. Have you tried jumping it? That's the first thing I'd do.
