Default DIfference between Mustang Dyno and the others?

Can someone tell me what the difference is between the different dynos out there & why some read very different numbers. I mean 1hp is 1 hp right? Anyone know what a stock Mustang runs on a Mustang Dyno?
I just pulled out a dyno sheet I had done after my Kenne Bell Install... trying to understand it.

Mustang Dynos usually read lower than Dynojets. I dont know hwy or which is truer. Some people say Mustangs and the ones like it are real numbers and i guess the dynojet is more of a feel good number. After looking at your sheet though im a little dissapointed in the KB. Mak HP of 354, i had to scroll to your sig to see if you had a GT or a V6. I figured youd easily be north of 400 even on a mustang dyno.

yeah... 354 w/ 10lbs of boost... that doest sound right... even on a MD you should be 415-430 IMO. I made 435 w/ a Vortech @ 10.2 psi. Could be the dyno is not calibrated properly.

The difference is MD- loaded chasis dyno DJ - intertial (if I remember) if you google it there is tons of info out there. Gennerally DJ's read 10-12% higher than MD.

While 1hp=1hp is true... its how its measured is the difference. The MD and DJ do it differently.. I cant explain how I'll leave that for the engineer's here.

mustang dyno calculates in weight of the car, and air resistance for a mustang (and some other things i think) which makes it end up showing less hp and tq while dynojets just calculate justthe hp and tq at the rear wheels
