Ours are 31 spline and are 10 times stronger than previous years!

+1 actual shafts should be fine, i would look into something like a centerforce or spec clutch, a bit stronger drive shaft and a detroit true trac and TA girdle for the rear but, if it aint broke, dont fix it

I doubt you would break those 31 spline axles with only bolts on! I think even with slicks if you do 6k dump, you clutch will slip so it would be as hard, Stock rear end is pretty strong and i wouldn't worry about too much. do 4k launch and you will be fine. People with 450+rwhp doing 6k dump clutch with stock rear end and they are fine. 8.8" rear end and 31 spline axles = tank.
