Default RE: What's Your Boost Gauge Reading?

ORIGINAL: Screamin Yellow 06

My Saleen was installed with a 3.4" pulley which I believe should be in the 9-10 psi boost range. My boost gage tends to read in the 7-8 psi range when I get on it. Is that normal or should I be reading higher?

Thanks
Boost gauge??? Fine, remind me that I don't have one installed yet, thanks man!

I hope to have gauges installed soon, maybe to include a tach, not sure yet.

SME, the pulley size is typically/technically measure across the groove pitch diameter not theface. The groove pitch diameter is generally the mean distance between the highest and lowest point on the groove. Toget in the ball park (if you dont have calipers or something) you can measure across the face and subtract about a 1/4".
